Week 3: Morning Mastery Sessions

Dates: July 27 – 30 | Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Cost: $125

Kickstart your day with our Morning Mastery Sessions. This two-hour block provides an extended opportunity for deep-dive training into the fundamental mechanics of the game. Under the leadership of Jason Brooks, players will experience a "Dortmund-style" approach to development, emphasizing:

  • Speed of Play: Quick decision-making and rapid transitions.
  • Defensive & Offensive Positioning: Understanding roles and responsibilities within the team structure.
  • Agility & Conditioning: Soccer-specific movements to improve balance and explosive speed.
