Our Story: A Legacy of Building Champions
In 2009, Champions Football Academy FC was founded on a simple but powerful belief: Soccer is for everyone. Our founders began this journey with a focused mission: to provide high-quality, professional grassroots soccer training to children in our local Atlanta community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we envisioned a space where the soccer field could serve as a classroom for life, fostering a lifelong love for the game while building the character of young athletes.
From the Ground Up Over the last decade, we have remained dedicated to our core "Grassroots" model. We understand that by providing a strong foundation in soccer fundamentals, we can nurture a player’s athletic potential and simultaneously develop their healthy life skills. headquartered at the Sandtown Soccer Fields, we have grown into a hub for community connection, where players from all backgrounds come to learn, compete, and grow.
A Community-First Model Today, Champions Football Academy is more than just a sports league—it is a true partnership in youth development. Our talented and experienced staff engage our kids with outcome-driven programs in learning-rich environments. For over fifteen years, we have provided the soccer programming, resources, and leadership necessary to facilitate our athletes achieving their maximum potential both on and off the field of play.
